Businesses are much like a Swan. Graceful on top where the customers can see, but under the water, the legs are paddling furiously!
In this section we will examine how you can organise your business to make best use of your time and resources, and ensure your customers feel loved.
There is no one way to organise your business, you may keep it all in your head, on bits of paper or post-it notes, you might even use a computer, but one thing is for certain. The more organised you are the easier your life will be, and that has to be good.

ISO 9002
Many people think that becoming ISO 9002 accredited will prove their companies ability to product high quality goods and services. A badge of honour. The ISO9002 system is effectively a set of company rules showing 'how we do business'. If you do business badly, but consistently badly, you can still get accredited with your quality mark!
As one consultant told me, as a fully ISO9002 accredited company, you can still make concrete life jackets as long as you make them all the same!
