About CYB

We spoke to three franchisees, in confidence, about their experiences in business and specifically how the package lived up to their expectations.
"The UK franchisor for our business is not terribly supportive. Although they take a fee each month based on our level of business, they don't want to hear about the issues we face, or listen to our ideas about improving the business. I have to say though, that the business model is a good one, and we do get support from other franchisees in the group locally. There is a geographic restriction on franchisees opening up nearby, so we get on quite well with other franchisees in the region. We are profitable and growing quickly and we could not have achieved that, I feel, without going down the franchise route."
"If had known then what I know now, I'd not have bothered with the franchise. But then again, whould I have been in this business without the whole package being available? Probably not. I'm delighted with the way business has developed for me, I'm now employing other people and opening up in a new area, but each month I pay a fee based on business done, and that sticks in the throat a bit."
